Automating document flow and analysing citizen requests

Thousands of paper and scanned documents were registered by hand every day. We deployed an OCR module: the moment a document passes the scanner its type is identified, its fields are extracted and it is routed to the right department. Requests are grouped by topic automatically and hot spots appear on the leadership dashboard.

Visual quality control on a production line

Camera footage above the conveyor is fed to a model: a defective item is flagged within a second, and at the end of each shift a report by defect type is generated. Inspectors now review only the suspicious frames.

That is exactly when we get called in. The first stage is a free audit: which sources exist, how they are stored, which data is reliable and which is duplicated — all of it mapped out. Only then do we propose a technical solution.
No. Work starts with an NDA. On request the entire system is installed on your own server (on-premise) and no data is sent to an external cloud. The model runs locally too.
Usually 30 days to the first working version. Pricing is split into stages by scope: audit, prototype, launch, support. Each stage is quoted separately and you see the result before moving on.
Macroverse is an IT Park resident and a legal entity registered in Uzbekistan. We sign a direct contract paid by bank transfer and prepare specifications and acceptance reports in the required format.
Yes. Source code, technical documentation and the administrator guide are handed over in full, and we train your staff. Because everything is built on open technologies, any team can continue the work later.
